The open floor plan is perfect for our family.
Whether I’m preparing dinner and trying to supervise my
2 ½ year old son, or entertaining friends and family, I’m
never far from the action. The
closets and pantry are large with nice shelves in all of them to
maximize storage and organization.
I have really enjoyed our master suite.
It’s sequestered from the other bedrooms and is so
open, light, and spacious. The
garden tub and separate shower in the master bathroom provide a
great escape at the end of a long day.

love my big back yard! I
run and run, then I take a nap and run some more.

I absolutely love the architectural detail in the
vaulted ceilings and arched doorways.
There is so much natural light, no matter what time of
day, you can always enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful
Austin
sky. I like the fact
that the majority of the flooring is tile and a nice, light,
wood grain laminate. The
office in the front of the house gives us a nice place to work.
Also, the proximity to the toll road makes it easy to get
to other parts of
Austin
(or out of town) in no time!

I like being close to all the parks!
In the summer I especially like to go to the water park
just around the corner. No
matter what time of year it is, there is always somewhere close
by for me to play. My
mommy tells me that Pflugerville Elementary has received a
Recognized rating on their Texas Education Agency Report Card.
That is where I would go to school if I were just a
little bit older.
