Philosophy:
A true Texan, Gwynn has mastered the lost art of service. A client can expect to be welcomed like a long lost friend and treated as such!

Greeting new and old clients alike with a smile, Gwynn is a walking encyclopedia of information when it comes to home selling or buying. One of Gwynn’s strengths is being very detailed. Timelines are met so closing a home contract becomes an almost guarantee.

Philosophy:
People are Judy’s forte! She ’s right at home helping others find solutions. With Judy's life experiences in ownership and repairs, she can help Sellers and Buyers make the decision that meets their needs.

Laughter is significant in Judy’s life so those working with her are comfortable and at ease during a very emotional time. Service, service, service is Judy's mantra!

Testimonials:

Gwynn and Judy:

A year and a half ago, I was under great duress when I found out our business lease would not be renewed.  CESCO had been in that location since 1981.  I was not looking forward to the daunting tasks of moving the entire company and finding a new location.

This when the two of you stepped in and took a huge burden away from me.  You went directly to the Austin Chamber of Commerce and within a few weeks, CESCO not only had multiple offers of free land and moving expenses but substantial tax incentives as well.

After meeting with a number of Economic Developers from the Central Texas area, we settled on some land on the north side of Georgetown.  This location not only makes a great investment but also provides easy access for all our suppliers and employees.  If it weren't for the two of you, we never would have found this place.

As if finding a permanent home for CESCO wasn't enough, you also found homes for CESCO employees.  And I know for a fact that finding these homes weren't easy. Especially since one of  the homes is mine.

The patience, time, understanding and caring you gave all of us will never be forgotten.  you truly went out of your way to help us and make all of us feel welcome in Central Texas.  It was evident to everyone involved that Gwynn and Judy were not working simply to make money but that they honestly cared about our well being and happiness.

The two of you are true professionals.  You went above and beyond anything we ever would have expected.  We have nothing but the highest praise for both of you and your efforts.  Please put us at the top of your list of referrals.  We're happy to tell anyone and everyone what special people constitute Home and Hearth Realty.

From all of us at CESCO, thank you for all of your hard work and diligence.

Sincerely,

Mark Truslow

Philosophy:

After getting my nursing degree and practicing as an RN for the past 33 years, I became a realtor and I love it!  I am a person that you can count on.  Working as a realtor is not much different than as a nurse.  I take care of people!  I care what your needs, concerns, hopes, and dreams are all about.  I am someone that people look to for solutions and put their trust in.

My personal experiences with buying, selling, and renovating properties have also given me experience and knowledge that has shown to be very helpful to my clients.  Feel free to call me.  I would love to help you with your dreams.

Philosophy:

Originally from San Benito, TX a small town in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, I settled in Austin 13 years ago and have experienced many of the changes and growth our beautiful city has endured.  My first experience in the local real estate market began with the purchase of my first home which also turned into my first investment property.  I am  a hard worker and my passion is customer service.

I am a graduate of St. Edwards University, Austin, TX.  I enjoy camping outdoors in my T@B teardrop trailer, kayak fishing in the Laguna Madre South Texas, and I also enjoy watching and cheering for my favorite sports teams - Houston Astros, Houston Rockets, The Greenbay Packers, and The Texas Longhorns.
